The skip was delivered on the day I requested. The driver called me beforehand to say he was a few minutes away. When I phoned for collection they were able to book a time slot very early in the morning. They arrived at the exact time 5.45am. Job done, I was impressed with the service and would recommend to others

****STAY AWAY***Absolutely the worst custormer service we have ever experienced. Do not work with this company they have absolutely no respect for the customers. The skip was hired for two weeks however their permit was only valid for 1 week, why on earth as a customer would a customer want that. Makes absolutely no sense. They collected the skip after one week without notifying me and when I called to question, the response was terrible. Absolutely no custormer service.

Great service, prompt and efficient, and at a very reasonable price. I called their office, booked a skip and it was there in three days. They contacted my council and got permission for the large skip I had ordered to be placed in the street. When it was time to remove the skip they came within 48 hours. No fuss, job done. Thank you!

Great help today from RMS skips. Phoned a couple of local companies first who was unable to help at such short notice! Found RMS on google and got through to Karen who was lovely and helpful. After checking phoned me back within 5 minutes to tell me my skip would be with me within an hour. Really saved the day for me! Highly recommend this local company

Ok. It has been a nightmare dealing with this “company” full of rude employees which have non manners or whatsoever. I am fully furious just the way this people handling things. Whoever runs this business either needs to train this people or just get rid of them and start fresh. Drivers are also the worse. Is just keeps adding up and up and up. The only nicer driver was Ashley. Such a nice guy who cares. This woman I was trying to deal with calling me all the time “darling” in a patronising way and the other one calling “mate”. With not respect. Seems a bunch of horrible people working for this “company”. Ever seems dealing with them has been stressful. So if you want to save £20 please don’t do with this skips, skip them and pay attention to reviews. Here I’ve attached a pic of my car been scratched this morning when they picked the skip. Cero cero cero recomendable. For your own piece of mind.

I hired a skip from this company 4 times. First 3 times had problems with collections. I finished the jobs, skips were full, I called to say skip ready for collection they said they will collect next day but my customers were calling me after 4 weeks that the skip is still there and people put rubish on top (3 times in a row on 3 different sites) My last experience: I booked a skip and they collected after one week without contacting me and skip was almost empty (10 yards). I called them and they said somebody called in the morning to collect it. I said I didn’t called, I’m the the person who hired the skip and I’m the only one on site. They said they will call me back and I received no call back. Very unprofessional. This was my last time getting skips from them.

Terrible service and rude "manager". Paid for a skip and it was removed without us arranging for it to be - leaving us with stuff that we still need to get rid of in our house. The conversation started with him saying that our permit had run out and that is why - in fact I had called and paid the £48 for another 30 days. Then he went on to "I'm looking at a picture and the skip is full anyway" - well a picture isn't much use. Anyone who has ever hired or seen a skip will know that having some large panels of wood on top does not make for a full skip. We had planned on spending this weekend filling the available space underneath. So basically, their mistake entirely as they collected thinking our permit had run out. I appreciate the normal term is 2 weeks, but given the fact that I asked multiple times if we could just hang onto it until the end of the permit and was told yes that is fine this is unacceptable. Also, how about just calling me to say you want the skip back, instead of just collecting it when I am not there and then being beyond rude and condescending when I call up to discuss it. STEER CLEAR of RMS. Seeing as there are loads of other Skip hire companies in the area for the same price GO ELSEWHERE AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible service - guy who runs it talks to you as if you are stupid. Do not use unless you want to be met with someone who does not care at all about their level of service. I paid extra to extend my permit (£48) and they will still take your skip anyway when there is still room to add more, and you're left with a permit that you've paid for but yet no skip. Completely rude, not helpful at all, did not try and contact before hand to let us know they wanted the skip back. DO NOT USE.

They’re not lying when they say they are reliable! Top skip firm & much more! Michael in the office has his finger on the pulse. We’ve dealt with them for a next day collection and wait & load on a job in Bromley, both arrived exactly on time and for a brilliant price. We organised over 30m3 of ready mix concretre including a pump with a 70m run, top service again and cheaper than anyone else, AGAIN. I’m just gutted we won’t be able to use them in our local area! If we’re ever working in their catchment area, there’s nobody else we’d use!
